Treasure Festival in Ariake 6

Kobe 3 was disappointing. It had the misfortune of being scheduled too closely after the major summer event. Even though a large number of dealers were present at Kobe, they were still carrying the same old goods. Not surprisingly, the event was glanced over by most (myself included).

While I'm happy to see more GK events like Garage Works Communication, it's still too small in scale to be compared to the likes of Wonder Festival or even Treasure Festival (only 27 dealers were present at GWC act.9). It's just too unsatisfying as a filler event.

In the month leading up to Ariake 6 I'd been taking note of all the cool new kits, but at the time of writing this post I'm still frantically taking notes thanks to a good number of dealers withholding info until the last minute. Let's just say I'm a bit overwhelmed right now.

(DAMN IT THIS WAS SUPPOSED TO BE UP BEFORE THE ACTUAL EVENT!!! Orz)

"Sea Girl" from SAGAMI FC

"Yukiko-hime" from essence

"Mikazuki Yozora 4" from Seidou Circus

"Kashiwazaki Sena 2" from Seidou Circus

"Hatsune Miku" from Toushirou

"Hatsune Miku 2020" from Grizzry Panda

"Akemi Homura" from Grizzry Panda

"Merry Nightmare" from Ringo Renmei

"Maekawa-san" from Doll House Utsunomiya

"Acony" from Nikemeyo

I had to remove a good number of kits from this list after realizing that they were either a) unavailable until WF2012, b) a color resin kit, c) a PVC, d) old, or e) not really that great.

My favorites are "Hatsune Miku", "Maekawa-san" and "Acony". They're the only three that I would consider adding to my collection.

Now I just need to see the first two in color. >_>
