The Audacity of Some People

Now that finals are over, let's start things off with a laugh:

パ-ツ請求に、ついてのお願い
海賊版購入者と思われる人からのパ-ツ請求が
後を絶ちません。
正規品購入の方には面倒であり大変失礼な話ですが
購入後1ヶ月内での申告と併せて、書類等の提示を
求める場合があります

So I found this little passage from Vispo's main page recently. Let me translate (With my limited Japanese but awesome Kanji comprehension skills):

Instructions for missing parts request
Those who I suspect of having purchased pirated goods/recasts will be refused missing parts.
Your request is incredibly rude to those who bought originals.
Those who purchased originals, please make your missing parts claim within 1 month.

The fact that some recast buyers out there actually believed it was a good idea to ask for help from the sculptor-after literally telling him you support the people who rip him off-dumbfounds me.

(I used plural for 'buyers' because I assume that he probably gets enough of these requests to constitute putting the above message on his main page)

Seriously, buying from recasters is already a bad enough decision, but buying from recasters who don't stand behind their recasts?

Some people.
