It's about damn time.
First offered for a limited time online as part of Volks's 2009 new year's celebration, Volks soon promised to make her available again for web order starting March 2009.
Ahem.
My theory is that they took so many orders for her during that one week celebration (the online pre-order button was available for 168 hours) they hadn't been able to fill them all until now.
Well that's my only consolation for the long wait.
